Shipping
- We deliver across all seven emirates.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
